I’m all about helping SENSITIVE ARTISTS uncork their wild creative power while still holding strong boundaries, structure, focus, integrity, and follow-through, as they continue to live in a world that feels like it is becoming increasingly undone at the seams.
(This, believe it or not, is my delightful specialty)
Artists and Creatives are individuals who operate on the edge of culture, innovation, and the present moment - we are the expanders of what life is, and what life means, for ourselves and all the other beautiful human beings on this planet. We have a unique role to play: usually operating like “canaries in the coal mine,” we creatives have the ability to pick up the good, the bad, and the ugly around what is coming next for humanity. We are the prophets, the seers, the wizards, the warlocks, the witches, the court jesters, the tricksters, and the creators of our world. In the past we artists have often played the Martyr, but many conscious creators are now seeing that this is an outdated and unnecessary role.
Regardless, the world would collapse without us. Our work F*CKING MATTERS.

We as creatives have super attuned antennae, and our sensitivities can destroy us, if left unchecked. My purpose on this planet is to teach creatives how to find balance in their life force energy, training them to know when to unleash their god-like creative juices upon the world, and when to “reign it in” and create powerful boundaries and limits around their creativity, which allow actual real-life work to get done in our current 3D universe and on our planet.
I have trained my whole life for this work, even when I wasn’t fully conscious of this fact. The reason I do this work is because I know the power of art and creativity to transform our lives and our world. This is not a fantastical, utopian, unrealistic, and cliched idea of “art saving the world” - I have the transformative power of art and creativity deep within my bones because of a lifetime of gathered data that points to my unadulterated faith that creativity has made and continues to make a life-saving difference in me, and in the thousands of creative clients that I have worked with over the course of 13 years.
Many years ago, at the beginning of my true personal development journey, I initiated the transition from being a starving artist living in a rundown Los Angeles house (in Highland Park, before it was hip) with 5 other messy artist roommates, to a successful artist and creative entrepreneur who has had a museum solo show, multiple financially-thriving businesses, a home and community that I adore, and the most powerful partnership I have ever witnessed with a woman I am deeply in love with.
My own journey of freedom from being a stuck, fearful, workaholic, rigid, and depressingly *blocked* artist mirrors the freedom that I support creatives to find in their own lives. My deepest passion is creating adventurous spaces where other humans can step into the most liberated and unobstructed expression of themselves, helping previously silenced and blocked creative voices to be heard again.

My current coaching and consulting business helps exhausted and stuck artists, creative professionals, creative companies, and creative men to first powerfully re-imagine the full potential of their creative expression, careers, businesses, practices, and lives; I then lay out organized frameworks and tools that have been highly-tuned over more than a decade of working with creatives. These programs are designed to help sensitive, overwhelmed, and stuck creatives to re-gain a foothold in their lives, inevitably leading (if my client simply DOES the work) to my clients fully taking the reigns back from their once train-wrecked existences and stepping into absolute creative brilliance and badassery.
In 2018 I began a long-time-coming coaching business, rather than work in the realm of mental health. As challenging as it was to build my own business from scratch, it was also incredibly confidence-boosting and liberating: I could do better, more lasting work with clients as a coach; I could make more money; I could work with the population I wanted to work with; and I could learn any number of other modalities that would be tools in my belt around supporting sensitive, creative humans to thrive. And I could travel and live anywhere in the world with a WIFI signal, and still do life-transforming with my clients.
I promise that working with me will be a very unique and unusual experience. I can be playful and fun, and I often use humor to break up my clients’ rigid way of being in the world. And I can also change my energy at the drop of a hat – if I need to become the challenging sensai who can kick your ass, I will do that. Everything I do during my sessions and in my communications with my clients are directed to the end of helping you to transform your life.
In a nutshell, my coaching style is very adventurous, wacky, fun, and absolutely no-bullshit. If you take me and my work seriously, and if you let me walk side-by-side with you during this part of your journey, you will create the results you are going after. Here is a short list of the education, trainings and experience I have received over my 20+ years of personal development work and 5+ years of professional coaching work:
- Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Biola University
- Master’s of Fine Arts from CalArts
- All class work completed for a Master’s of Science in Psychology and Counseling from CalState LA
- Two years of intensive training with Somatic Experiencing International (with live trainings with Dr. Peter Levine, the godfather of body-based trauma resolution)
- Mentorship and training through an actual Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist
- Training in psychedelic sitting and facilitation through Double Blind and other trained and experienced psychedelic wellness mentors
- Hands-on training in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and other forms of powerful hypnotherapy
- 13 years of intensive men’s work, facilitation, and leadership through The Mankind Project (MKP) and the Sterling Institute of Relationship
- Reading every book I could find my hands on creativity, flow states, coaching, existentialism and philosophy, and religious trauma
